By creating an account or using TalenCon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile reasonably up to date.
3. Candidate profiles & resumes
When you upload a resume or allow TalenCon to import profile data, you confirm you have the right to share that information. Recruiters may review structured profile data you make available for open roles.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or use TalenCon for unlawful hiring or discrimination.
5. Availability
We provide TalenCon on an “as available” basis and may update features, limits, or these terms with reasonable notice when required.
